Director of Ideal Physiotherapy
Dijana is a graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with additional qualifications as a Myotherapist and Clinical Pilates clinician. Her career in the health sector now spans over 14 years.

As a physiotherapist Dijana is has a special interest and pre and post natal health and exercise and general muscular issues such as back and neck pain and postural issues.

Dijana is all about working with you during your sessions at Ideal Physiotherapy to ensure best possiable outcomes are delivered. Dijana draws upon a vast knowledge encompassing 5 qualifications to tailor a treatment plan that will meet your individual needs.

Dijana is qualified as a continence and pelvic floor physiotherapist completing her studies at The University of Melbourne.

Outside of work Dijana loves pilates, yoga and travelling.


Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Molly completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Notre Dame University in Fremantle, Western Australia in 2015. She moved over to Melbourne after graduating and worked in Aged Care for a year and then completed her Clinical Pilates Training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute in 2016. Molly is interested in treating Musculoskeletal and sport injuries and Women’s Health Physiotherapy.

Molly runs Clinical Pilates classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and Tuesday mornings.


Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor
Ally has completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapist Practice degree at La Trobe University in 2016. The experiences gained over the duration of this 4-year course includes acute and outpatient musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological and oncology physiotherapy practices at the Alfred hospital and its surrounds. She holds a very keen interest in Women’s and Men’s Health Physiotherapy and endeavors to complete further study in this area after developing a broad range of experience in the private practice and Clinical Pilates setting.
Ally has completed Level 1-4 Clinical Pilates Equipment Training with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute.


Remedial Massage / Sports Therapy
Chris is a remedial massage therapist with an advanced diploma of sports therapy.

Chris has a background as an athlete, racing road bikes for more than 15 years. His personal experience underpins Chris's keen interest in treating endurance athletes.

Chris also finds it rewarding to help all clients no matter there background with pain management.

His treatment techniques are broad and include Swedish relaxation massage, joint mobilisation, electrotherapy and corrective exercise prescription.

Chris is available for remedial massage/ sports therapy treatments on Monday & Wednesday.


Chris is our clinic’s Myotherapist. Myotherapy utilises remedial massage techniques combined with advanced modalities, such as cupping and Manual Dry Needling, along with corrective exercises to deliver extremely effective drug free treatments that have surprised many clients that were previously unaware of these treatment options. Chris believes that as the importance of maintaining enjoyment of life increases the value of Myotherapy simultaneously becomes more widely known and sought after.

In his spare time Chris enjoys camping, trail bike riding and landscape painting.

Sports/Remedial Massage Therapist
Cassandra Exposto is a recent Sports Therapist Graduate, who treats musculoskeletal conditions through soft tissue treatment and other modalities, injury prevention advice and corrective exercise.
She is a passionate and enthusiastic therapist who aims to correct muscular imbalances and dysfunctional posture which are most often the source of pain. Having personal experience with multiple elite teams (Melbourne Victory, Essendon Football Club & Melbourne Rebels) across several sports demonstrates her knowledge in how to train and treat different muscle groups to improve overall functionality.
Treatment modalities include Cupping, METs, TENS, Joint Mobilisations and Corrective Exercise Prescription.
Cassandra loves to watch her beloved Hawks on the weekend and spending time with family and friends.


Barre & Reformer Pilates Instructor
Michelle’s love for movement started at an early age as a dancer. She trained with the Dance Factory Teacher’s Academy while performing in the commercial dance scene. With her own personal history of related dance injuries, Pilates played an important role in rehabilitation and conditioning.
She went on to receive her Certificate IV in Pilates and Certificate IV in Fitness from Breathe Education and combined this with her knowledge of dance to become a Pilates and Barre Instructor.
Her unique experiences bring a fun, dynamic, free flowing approach that results in a well-balanced, full-body workout aimed at sculpting and strengthening the body.
Michelle has a passion for helping people grow stronger, feel good and be reformed through the art of movement.

Zoe has great passion for assisting individuals in gaining confidence and achieveing their goals by pushing their physical and mental limits in her class. Zoe takes great pleasure by teaching in a style that encourages the body and the mind to focus on the present. Holding full certification through Studio Pilates, coupled with her degree in Physiology and Pharmacology, Zoe brings her knowledge and awareness to the Studio. She knows appropriate challenge is essential for achieving change and thriving in all aspects of life.
Her classes will leave your body feeling aligned, lengthened, supple and naturally graceful.


Barre Teacher
Tania has lived an active lifestyle from a young age, being involved in sport and dance throughout her school years, and continuing on to adopt a regular yoga and pilates practice in 2009. Having dreamt of being a ballerina as a child, she discovered barre after moving to Melbourne and was surprised at how it transformed her body, which prompted her to undertake her barre teacher training. With a love of movement and a warm, bubbly personality, she creates a welcoming environment in her classes where all bodies are invited to move regardless of experience.

Yoga Teacher
Yoga has been a part of Julie’s life for over 13 years, helping her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga continues to inspire Julie to live in the present moment with gratitude and awareness.
Julie started out as a student practicing Iyengar yoga once a week for several years. When relocating from London to Melbourne in 2010 in a tough period of her life, she discovered the flowing style of Vinyasa yoga and started going to class three times a week. Julie found that yoga got her through the low period and provided her with tools to live a more mindful and empowered life. It was at this time that she was inspired to create the yoga lifestyle brand, Surrender Yoga, which joined her love of yoga with her background as a fashion designer.
Julie completed a 200 hour teacher training with Routes of Yoga in Ubud, Bali in 2017. In her classes, Julie loves to combine creative sequencing, safe alignment cues and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, centred and more in tune with your body.
