Terms and Conditions

In order to achieve outstanding treatment results, we require an equal commitment from you. Please take the time to read all of our terms and conditions carefully, as clarity, communication and understanding will ensure that we are always on the same page and achieving the best outcome possible.

Cancellation Policy for Physiotherapy, Myotherapy & Massage consultations:
Due to limited consultation hours, all therapists require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given from your scheduled time, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee unless you can supply a medical certificate.
You can cancel any appointments by calling us on 9387 8171 or online.

Late & Missed appointments for Physiotherapy, Myotherapy & Massage consultations:
All our therapists run on a tight schedule so clients who arrive late to their appointment may receive a shorter treatment in the effort not to inconvenience other booked clients. Clients who fail to attend their appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee, unless a medical certificate is supplied. Late or missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving treatment and this is an inconvenience to both the therapist and the clients. Many of our clients live or work locally and therefore, call on the day to book appointments.

Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Studio Pilates, Barre & Personal Training cancellation policy:
There is a maximum number of participants that can attend each class. We require all classes to be pre-paid before bookings are made. We require at least 12 hours cancellation notice if you cannot attend your class. Clients who fail to attend their class will incur a 100% cancellation fee, unless a medical certificate is supplied. Any unlimited packs will include a $20 late cancel fee to ensure no wait lists occur.

You can cancel any classes by calling us on 9387 8171 or online.
