Pilates for the new you!

Are you looking for a workout that leaves you walking taller, standing straighter and leaves you in control of your workout? Then our group reformer pilates classes may be for you!

Our group reformer classes use Allegro 2 Reformers with unique spring resistance which helps to generate smooth muscular contractions that help to develop; core strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and general fitness.

With guidance from our instructors, the machines feature easy adjustments to accomodate different heights and abilities.

What if I am a beginner?

If you are a beginner we recommend you to attend out reformer pilates open class which has a strong focus on the pilates principals such as; breathing and alignment which are essential in the control of your exercises. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Our instructor will give you options in these classes to make your workout free flowing and mobility based or fitness based by adding more or less springs on the reformer.

What if i am injured or pregnant?

We do not recommend reformer pilates in the case of acute back pain, neck pain or during pregnancy. In this case we offer individualised programs under our Clinical Exercise schedules which are run by physiotherapists.

What about covid restrictions?

During COVID-19 we are only eligible to do 1-1 reformer classes, which you are able to apply health fund rebates under physiotherapy.
