The Best Start For You and Your New Bub

Stress. Sore back and hips. Sleep deprivation.

Sound familiar?

These are just a few of the not-so-great symptoms that can come alongside a very exciting time: Pregnancy.

While carrying your little one is a wonderful experience that you will remember forever, there is no doubt that it is not without the aches and pains.

There is lots of conflicting information about having a massage during your pregnancy but do we ever have good news for you:

Done right, not only is a massage safe, but is good for your pregnant body too!

Research shows that massage therapy during pregnancy can reduce many of the common aches and less favourable symptoms of pregnancy. Even better, multiple studies indicate that engaging in prenatal massage therapy is positively correlated with less problems during and after birth (eg. lessened likelihood of prematurity).

Get yourself and your bub off to the best start by targeting specific areas of the body that need to be relaxed or have movement improved. As your body changes rapidly during these nine months, it is important to work with rather than against it, which is where we can help.

Pregnancy is an exciting time in your life, but can also be extremely taxing.

Reduce pain, alleviate prenatal depression and take the steps towards a happy, healthy family early on. Loosen muscles and prepare for birth and your future with your little one.

Don't make the mistake so many new mums do and leave it too late!
